Among them are Ronald Reagan, Jimmy Carter, George Bush, Coretta Scott King and Barbara Walters.

Miller was honored at the 19th Annual Recognition Banquet of the Inter-Alumni Council and Philadelphia Advisory Board of The College Fund/UNCF. He was recognized for his distinguished service as the 1996-97 Chairman of the Philadelphia, PA, UNCF Corporate Campaign and for his commitment to the higher education of students in the Delaware Valley. The United Negro College Fund is a national campaign to benefit private black colleges.
