Debra K. Osteen, UHS Senior Vice President and President, UHS Behavioral Health Division, has been named as one of the "Top 25 Women in Healthcare" in 2013 by Modern Healthcare magazine. This is the fourth time Ms. Osteen received this prestigious distinction; she was named for the first time in 2007 and again in 2011 and 2013.
