When my daughter was admitted to Victoria Regional Medical Center for ear surgery, I was able to see the quality of care from a patient's perspective.
I found that the pediatric nursing staff was very knowledgeable about the various medications and their potential side-effects. And, I found that they went out of their way to provide my daughter with everything she needed to feel comfortable during her brief stay.
Since many of the pediatric nurses weren't even aware that I was also on the staff, I believe that the center provides the same outstanding care to all patients. The experience confirmed for me that Victoria is the finest hospital in this area - for both employees and patients.
