Since the arrival of UHS, there's been a real change at our hospital. Physically, things look brighter than they have in a long time. But the real change is in the mindset of the people who work here. The staff is excited about the improvements, and the increase in business. There's a lot more looking toward the future; a feeling that we're growing.
Patients notice it, too. They've told me they've seen a difference in the way they're treated, from the time they arrive. They can sense that people are more aware, and more friendly.
Like most employees, I've been impressed with UHS's commitment to quality and service, particularly the Service Excellence program. We've seen that UHS is a reputable company, and that what they promised has come about.
